Has it ever occurred to you that even if all the church venues in a city were packed wall to wall, there would still be more people beyond the church walls? This means we should be excited about platforms that amplify our gospel beyond the church walls! Just as you are not physically restrained inside a church building, we must not restrain the gospel to within the church building. Each of us must take the gospel to greater heights and make the gospel a means or instrument of flight and progress. Wherever you go, the gospel should go. Wherever there are people, the gospel must get there. Just like the air can't be restricted, so also the gospel must not be restricted! There’s no country in the world that bans air; it is required for existence. Even more so the gospel! It is the ingredient required for life–the real life! Every available platforms should be used to propagate and transport the gospel (The media, mobile, web and various other publications). These are remarkable tools for reaching online and physical communities beyond the church walls. There is an urgency and now is the time, because He is coming back very soon. He is depending on you.

The most valuable assets on earth are not the fancy cars, airplanes, exotic buildings or physical structures; it’s human beings. The Bible says, for God so loved the world, not the world of things, but the world of men, that He gave His only begotten Son to die for us and show us our value (John 3:16}. You’re valuable to God; that’s why He doesn’t want you sick or poor. He wants you well, happy, and prosperous.
God expects you to value others the same way He values you. It’s easy to tell whether or not you love people from the way you talk to them. If at any time you’ve despised someone, you ought to fall on your knees in repentance before the Lord and ask Him to forgive you. Understand that no matter how famous or successful you may be, having value and true regard for people is what counts with God. Be a great preacher, move around and ensure you are a soul winner for the kingdom reaching your world and placing value on people showcasing who they really are in Christ. He’s only impressed by the compassion we have and show to the people around us. He’s impressed by the love you show to those for whom Jesus died; that is what makes us true soul winners, and true disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. “By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another” (John 13:35). As a Christian, it is important to always remember you were sent by God. The Gospel you preach today was not your idea, neither was evangelism, soul winning, or Church growth. None of us suggested to God that we should win souls here on earth, or requested that Jesus come and save us.
This means everything we do today is all His idea! God has a plan to save the world, and He has made you a part of that plan. If this is so, can you trust Him totally by following His Word and instructions to guide you successfully through life and ministry? Can you trust that He is big enough to do what He said He will do through you? Do you trust that He is wise enough to know everything about you? Do you trust that He already knew everything you would need to be fulfilled in life and ministry, and provided it all? If you study the Word, you will see how God fulfilled His ministry through the people He called. And you are not any different; He has put everything in place to make you successful in Ministry and in life. Remember, it was His idea to give us the Holy Spirit! The Lord is saying today, “All I need is a willing vessel, and if you will be that vessel, I will work through you to accomplish great things. You will never need to struggle. You don’t even need to try; trust Me wholly and I will make you what I want you to be.” “For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!” (1 Corinthians 9:16)
Apostle Paul was a man of vision, and one thing stood him out: He was resolved to giving himself completely to the heavenly vision (Acts 26:18-19). It is easy to tell the difference between a man of vision and the one without vision. Vision comes with a burden–a burden of fulfillment; there’s no rest until it’s fulfilled. Vision is what propels you as a Christian; it compels you to do the things you do. Vision compels you to pray and study the Word. Vision stirs you for soul-winning, and inspires you to evangelize your world for the kingdom, depopulating the kingdom of darkness and increasing the kingdom of God. Paul in the scripture above, declared, “…necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!” (1 Corinthians 9:16). He was driven by vision! To be a successful minister of the Gospel, you must have clarity of vision. There’s no middle ground. The vision must be clearly stated in your heart, and in your mind, until your whole life is a manifestation of it. Then it will propel you, and push you to action. You will find that you can carry out God's work with ease, fervency and excitement. Glory to His name. Here’s something you should always put first as you chart your course for greatness: When something is committed to you, never act as though there are many others doing it; act as though it is required of you only. Take partnership for example, you should handle it as though you are the only one God has. That’s the attitude you ought to have! Do it to the best of the ability God has granted you. Remember, no giving to God is ever stupid. God is a rational being, He reasons, He feels, He thinks, He has emotions, and He understands. When you give God everything, man may say you are crazy, but His reward is sure. The same thing goes for Evangelism and Soul Winning; you will go out of your comfort to reach someone who needs Christ. It may not be convenient or comfortable, you just have to do it. It is labor (Proverbs 14:23). The gospel of The Lord Jesus has been committed to your trust (Matthew 9:37-38) and you have been given the divine responsibility of turning people to righteousness, because God wants to reach the world through you. There is a depth in God you'll never know until you start witnessing and winning souls to the kingdom. There is a power in the kingdom of God that will not be released into your life until you start sharing the Word of God with others. Also there are signs and wonders you'll never see until you start preaching the gospel. Stay focused and evangelize as though the spread of the gospel where you are located is dependent on only you, and it is, the truth is! So when you are taking steps for God in anything, don’t look around, for the Lord is depending on you. |
